Skael has been alive for one day. It's already gone extremely wrong.
Fresh out of the egg, Skael is a gecko with sticky feet, a questionable tail, and the survival instincts of a wet paper bag. His to-do list is short: catch a bug, avoid getting eaten, figure out what a cloaca is.
Then the humans show up.
Three idiots with machetes are setting up a dr*g operation in the middle of his jungle - and Skael, armed with no plan, no experience, and a wildly misplaced sense of confidence, declares war.
What follows is the most unhinged psychological warfare campaign in rainforest history, featuring:
- A sloth with one hidden talent and no [Redacted] urgency
- A monkey who communicates primarily through crime
- A demolition crew of ants with strong union values
- One dead body, one clown suit, and a plan nobody should have approved
SKAEL is Pineapple Express meets Sausage Party, if the talking food was a lizard and the guys from Pineapple Express were running a dr*g farm in the Colombian jungle. It contains strong language, questionable decisions, and more reptile anatomy than any reasonable book requires.
If you like your comedy absurd, your animals foul mouthed, and your books rated R, this book is for you.
You've been warned. He has a cloaca and he's not [Redacted] afraid to mention it.
