I was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, where I graduated from Manatee High School in 1974. I joined the US Army on delayed enlistment and went active September. In the Army I was a Physical Therapy Technician and Medic for six years. When I chose not to reenlist, I used my GI Bill to go to nursing school, and became an LPN. I recently retired after 35 years. It was a great run but... retirement suits me just fine. I am married to Terry, the best man ever. We have a wonderful blended family of six. We are also the parents (slaves) to a couple of spoiled rotten cats. We love to travel, camp and have family gatherings when possible. Our journey has been amazing, and the best is yet to come.
