The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of the RH1112 extract on vascular permeability and granuloma formation in mice. A 0.7% acetic acid solution was injected intraperitoneally to increase vascular permeability, and a 1% Evans blue solution was injected intravenously to assess this permeability. A cotton ball soaked in a 1% carrageenan solution was inserted under the skin of the mice to study granuloma formation. The results show that oral administration of 400 and 800 mg/kg of the extract reduced vascular permeability by 34.04 0.001% and 67.30 0.015%, respectively, in the groups treated with RH1112 compared to the control group (P
