Ifeyinwa V. Awagu was the Director of the Institute of Humanities (IOH) at Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria, in an acting capacity from 2016 to 2022; and a faculty member from 2015 to 2024. Her degrees include B.A. English, LL.B., MSc Psychology, MSc Media and Communication and PhD Media and Communication. She served in the Supervisory Council of the Yemisi Shyllon Museum from 2019-2023, and the University's Health and Wellness Team in 2022, both at Pan-Atlantic University. Her research interests include the intersection of culture and civilisation in human development. She is passionate about the well-being and the future of young people, women and families.
