Y la representación solo sobrevivirá si se vuelve digital sin dejar de ser humana.Estructurado en cuatro partes y dieciocho capÃtulos, el libro construye esa tesis paso a paso: Parte I diagnostica el nuevo rostro del poder: cómo la fuerza se ha desplazado al dato, la ley al algoritmo, la soberanÃa al cálculo, y cómo la automatización amenaza con disolver el juicio humano, la prudencia y el espacio polÃtico.Parte II, bajo el marco de la encÃclica ficticia Magnifica Humanitas, recupera Babel como advertencia teológica contra la automatización sin lÃmite, y Jerusalén como proyecto polÃtico de comunión, frente a una dignidad humana que el autor defiende como frontera infranqueable, no negociable con ningún sistema técnico.Parte III propone una arquitectura institucional concreta: la representación como institución sagrada, un metamodelo de 24 atributos para regular facultades y poderes delegados, y el principio de delegación granular como forma de que el poder siga siendo medible, limitable y auditable.Parte IV despliega la idea del Estado semántico: un Estado que gobierna mediante lenguaje e interoperabilidad, donde la trazabilidad se convierte en la forma contemporánea de la verdad pública, y donde Europa -a través de marcos como el AI Act y el Interoperable Europe Act- aparece como laboratorio moral de esta transformación.
