Cuando publiqué en 2022 el primer libro, Canciones y rimas, me sorprendió felizmente lo bien que fue recibido en mi comunidad y por nuestros estudiantes a través de Spanish Today Tutoring, en Los Gatos, California.
El propósito de este libro, Rimas y trabalenguas, es con- tinuar incrementando la enseñanza de idioma español, aprendiendo con la repetición de los sonidos finales de las palabras, a partir de la última vocal acentuada, en dos o más versos en una oración.
En el caso de los trabalenguas, el aprendizaje se pro- duce repitiendo las oraciones que algunas veces suelen ser largas y elaboradas específicamente para que su pro- nunciación sea en voz alta.

This second compilation book of rhymes and tongue twisters has been used throughout the years in different places where Spanish is spoken; there are variations de- pending on the country.
When I published the first book in 2022, Songs and Rhymes, it surprised me happily how well it was received in my community and amongst our students through Spanish Today Tutoring in Los Gatos, California.
The purpose of this book, Rhymes and Tongue Twisters, is to continue increasing Spanish language teaching with the repetition of the final sounds of the words, beginning with the last stressed vowel, in two or more lines in a sentence.
In the case of the tongue twisters, the learning takes place while repeating the sentences that are sometimes long and specifically elaborated so that they can be pro- nounced out loud.
