Sonia Antonia Martinelli, affectionately known as Soninha, was a Brazilian with a deep soul and sharp sensitivity. Despite having only studied four years of primary education in São Carlos (SP), Soninha possessed an emotional intelligence that transcended formal knowledge. From a young age, she faced the melancholy that accompanied her throughout her life, a result of her parents' separation, which led her to live under the guardianship of her godparents. This experience shaped her perception of the world and her ability to connect with the emotions of others.
Beautiful and hardworking, Soninha lived like a Cinderella, marrying a prince who, as the song goes, over time turned into a frog. A devoted mother of two children, she found refuge in literature and cigarettes, which became constant companions in her reflections. Her generosity manifested in her willingness to help those in need, although she often withdrew into her thoughts. With a writing style that touched the heart, Soninha left a legacy of chronicles that captured the essence of her life and her observations about the world.
