Pastoral 51 Del Obispo De Lugo Sobre La Prudencia Y Simplicidad De Los Cristianos En Tiempo De Guerra Y Revolucion... offers a glimpse into the religious and social climate of 19th-century Spain. Authored by Hipólito Antonio Sánchez Rangel de Fayas y Quirós, the Bishop of Lugo, this pastoral letter provides guidance to Christians navigating the complexities of war and revolution. Published by Imprenta de la Real Compañia in Madrid, this work reflects the concerns and perspectives of the Church during a period of significant upheaval. It explores themes of prudence, simplicity, and faith in the face of political and social turmoil, offering insights into the challenges faced by Christians during this era.
