A decree by Simón López GarcÃa, Archbishop of Valencia, addressed to the members of his diocese. The text likely pertains to religious matters, instructions, or pronouncements relevant to the Catholic community in Valencia during his episcopate (1824-1831). This historical document offers insights into the religious landscape and ecclesiastical administration of the period, reflecting the Archbishop's leadership and the concerns of the Church within the Valencian context. It is valuable for researchers interested in Spanish religious history, the Catholic Church's role in 19th-century Spain, and the specific history of the Archdiocese of Valencia.
