Está dirigida a principiantes, horticultores domésticos y lectores que buscan una guÃa concreta para cultivar ajos en huerto, bancal elevado, maceta o contenedor, obtener cabezas sanas y conservar la cosecha durante más tiempo.
- Elegir ajo de plantación otoñal o primaveral y comprender las diferencias entre los ajos de cuello duro (hardneck) y de cuello blando (softneck).
- Seleccionar dientes, bulbos de un solo diente y bulbillos sanos para la plantación.
- Preparar el bancal y ajustar el pH, la rotación, la profundidad y las distancias de plantación.
