Este conjunto de anécdotas que componen ambas publicaciones pretende denunciar, en cierta forma, lo disparatado de algunas decisiones por parte de los directivos de las más importantes compañÃas, sus actitudes, comportamientos, su trato en ocasiones vejatorio al personal colaborador y todo ello, mientras se intenta arrancar una sonrisa mostrando el lado amable, que no siempre lo tiene.
Por todo ello, ambas publicaciones, podrÃan valer como lecciones para todos aquellos profesionales involucrados en el entorno de los Recursos Humanos en las empresas.
