Although this could easily be a true tale, this is a work of fiction, more like The Grapes of Wrath than Traffic This is Book Two, The Goon Platoon. Book One, The Town Darling, Book Three A Doubtful End and Book Four Beyond the Horizon are a must read as they continue the story with many twists and turns.
