The end of the world is never pleasant...

Taking place in the Havenlands of Atheron, Shadow of the Raythstar details the return of Evon, a devilish fiend that will stop at nothing to turn the world to ash. His wicked beasts ravage the land when he returns-a 70 year cycle that the Havens have no hope of escaping.

To stem the tide of these eternal apocalypses, the only good sorcerer to ever live created three magical weapons: the Lineal Arms. Three brave heroes will rise to challenge Evon in time.

But the star that heralds the Raythlord's return appears many years too soon.

These young, underprepared heroes will race against time and fate to save their beloved home. But what of Sarenae, one of the warrior's servants? What part will she play in this cosmic theater? Pulled into the ensuing events by both pride and circumstance, Sarenae must battle her status, inspire heroes, and unravel sinister secrets. She will need to be wise where the others are strong.

For without her wisdom, the Havens may not survive.
