Michael T. Prophet is the Batman of prophets. He possesses no superpower other than forgiveness. His arch enemy is Apollyon, who strikes fear in the heart of the faithful. The world he lives in has changed causing Evangelical Christian to struggle in their faith because of unrestrained economic prosperity, political power, and pleasurable indulgences. Michael loses everything he holds dear and becomes a hero to a new age of martyred Evangelical Christian. The book is filled with drama, intrigue, sadness, happiness, tragedy, triumph, outrage, and jubilation. Similar to John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress, and written for young and old in a modern context. The book begins as an anthology and quickly moves through a series of shifting world events which diminishes the influence of the church. There are no safe places in the world of Michael T. Prophet because satanic forces declare war against them killing thousands and forcing worshipers underground. Dr. Kenneth Smith has traveled, served, recognized and awarded for his dedicated service to the people of South Carolina.
