He terminated Alpha, the first team, and half of Bravo, the second hunter team Rob sent after him. It was then up to the third team, Charlie, who not only found Chris but also captured him. At the last minute, Chris escaped, and Charlie teamed up with the surviving member of Bravo (that is you - RS) to form Echo. At that point, Echo was given the green light to bring Chris back dead, not alive.
