After surviving a disaster at sea, Med student Annabel and her sister Jezebel were shipwrecked on a desolate island haunted by the Plague Doctors. Escaping the horrific Doctors' ghost town, the two sisters flee to a nearby village, desperate to find a hospital and medical attention. But they soon discover the entire island is under the thrall of the vicious Plague Doctors. An attack by one of creature's undead minions throws the small town into chaos. Annabel and her sister find themselves captured in a vast hedge maze growing wild on the island.
Injured, terrified, and separated, the two sisters are hopelessly lost in the overgrown labyrinth. Every step they take could be their last. The maze is a trap, designed to contain the infected victims of the malevolent spirits. And the Plague Doctors are stalking them through every twist and turn, eager to treat these new patients with a terminal dose of pain and fear.
Annabel and Jezebel must work together to solve the riddle of the maze, and escape the villager's trap. Or else the Plague Doctors will claim two new souls for their unholy experiments.
