Ringtail Bedtime is an endearing and funny story about twins Leo and Lucas, who discover that getting enough rest might be more important than they thought.
Bedtime has become a bit of a circus ever since Mama had to start working late at night. The evenings feel different now. The house is quieter, the routine is shakier, and Leo and Lucas suddenly have a lot more energy than they know what to do with. Instead of settling down, they find themselves wide awake, wondering what else might be happening after dark.
Everything changes when the twins spot mysterious creatures in the backyard. Curious and excited, Leo and Lucas sneak outside, and what begins as a simple peek turns into a very late-night adventure. The night feels magical at first, full of secrets and surprises, but staying up all night has consequences.
As the hours stretch on, the twins start to feel the effects of missed sleep, and they soon learn an important truth about their new furry friends. Rest isn't just something grown-ups insist on. It's something bodies and minds truly need.
This playful story offers a gentle way to talk about nighttime routines, sleep struggles, and the comfort of returning to calm. Written by a parenting coach raising three neurodivergent children, Ringtail Bedtime reflects lived experience and a deep understanding of sensitive, curious kids.
Perfect for bedtime reading and families building healthier nighttime rhythms.
