He's an epic thief on his way to prison.
She's the alluring spy who stole his heart.
Is their relationship over before it's begun,
or will a more dangerous option save their love
while risking their lives?

After an unencumbered twelve-year career as an international jewel thief, Gregg Hadyn let his guard down-for love-and was caught. Expecting to spend the next fifteen years in a federal penitentiary, Gregg is stunned when his nemesis, now the director of a covert intelligence spy team, makes him an offer too good to refuse: serve his sentence outside of prison in exchange for stealing for the US government.

Gregg's fondness for the team of spies-including his love for its profiler-does not extend to its leader. His aversion to the man keeps Gregg at odds with his new boss, leading to impetuous actions that could usher him back to jail.

Should Gregg make peace with the fed or cut his losses and make a run for it, resuming his life as a jewel thief? If he takes the director up on his offer, will stealing for these spies tender an exhilarating reward or land him in a premature coffin?

A Diamond in the Making is the action-packed second book in the Requisition For: A Thief heist and espionage thriller series. If you like charming heroes, breathtaking twists and turns, and light-hearted espionage, then you'll adore J.A. Devereaux's wild ride.
