In Reality and the Field, British philosopher-theologian S. C. Sayles continues his Logos-centred journey through theology, cosmology, and metaphysics. Where the first volume examined the recovery of truth through faith and reason, Reality and the Field turns to the informational and metaphysical structure of creation itself. Drawing together philosophy of mind, quantum ontology, and Reformed theology, Sayles advances a coherent model of the universe as a divinely authored field of intelligibility. In this vision, reality is not a self-contained mechanism but an ordered revelation-an act of communication sustained in The Logos, the eternal Word by whom all things consist.

Across essays that move from cosmology to consciousness, Sayles traces the deep logic that underlies existence: the unity of being and meaning, the interplay of mind and matter, and the redemptive restoration of coherence in Christ.
