Ramone the Rhino: A Rescue Journey to Happy Hollow Zoo
Meet Ramone, a lovable young rhino born in South Africa, where the hot, dry land makes finding enough food and water a daily challenge.
As Ramone grows, he spends his days traveling farther and farther in search of what he needs. Then one day, something unusual appears in the distance-a wildlife rescue truck!
With the help of caring animal rescuers, Ramone is given food, fresh water, and the chance for a safer future. When a team from Happy Hollow Zoo meets Ramone, they quickly realize that this big-eyed rhino with his remarkable bright-white horns could be the perfect addition to their new Safari Exhibit.
Soon Ramone begins an incredible journey across the ocean to his new home, where a wonderful surprise awaits him-plenty of fresh water, delicious food, a big muddy wallow, and some very special new friends!
Filled with bright, colorful illustrations and a gentle introduction to wildlife rescue, Ramone the Rhino helps young readers discover how caring people can make a difference in the lives of animals.
A heartwarming story about animal rescue, kindness, friendship, change, and finding a place to call home.
Perfect for young animal lovers ages 3-8, especially children who love rhinos, zoos, safari animals, and rescue stories.
