Some students are quietly removed for breaking rules. Others are marked as candidates, singled out for their ability to stay calm and compliant. Evie quickly realizes the game is not about survival alone-it's about shaping future decision-makers.
As Evie, her boyfriend Cruz, and their friends Amelia, Maya, and Darla learn to read the patterns of the facility, they uncover disturbing truths: the experiment is not new, consent was forged or manipulated, and a previous group of children-Cohort A-was tested in the same space beneath their own school. The adults involved are not all villains, but many are trapped inside a system designed to erase responsibility by hiding behind data and procedure.
The group's resistance evolves from quiet survival into deliberate sabotage. They weaponize silence, refuse to perform expected emotional responses, and expose the experiment's internal files.
