Beth used to be an Indian Hills native, but has recently moved to another area, just outside of Denver, Colorado. She and Guy remain friends and they have a mutual buddy. Meanwhile, Guy will continue to live up to his bad reputation, which requires the attention of the town's Sheriff. Sheriff Bates finds Dina at the neighborhood bar and makes her aware of her son being at risk for going to jail. Dina reacts, using her explosive profanity, and wants the Sheriff to get to the heart of the matter. This leads the Sheriff to come up with a plan, to lure Beth into disclosing information. It works, but he learns more than he anticipates and it involves a person he least suspects!
