In conjunction with its reopening, following its 2020-25 renovation, The Frick Collection commissioned porcelain flowers from Ukrainian sculptor Vladimir Kanevsky. Kanevsky's lifelike porcelain flowers have been exhibited in museums around the world, including the State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens in Washington, DC.
