Este livro é de ficção, embora baseado em algumas realidades. É uma obra obrigatória para as pessoas ligadas à restauração (e ao turismo), sobretudo em Portugal. Aqui mostro todos os meandros da cafetaria e da chamada restauração. O personagem principal, Susano, faz um tour por várias casas comerciais e por várias zonas do centro do paÃs, onde mostra coisas belas e também menos belas, na restauração no princÃpio deste século. Em linguagem direta e frontal, não utilizando eu filtros algumas vezes, metendo mesmo linguagem local (e portanto parecendo errónea), mas é meu objectivo mostrar a realidade.
