According to Ross Perot, War has rules, mud wrestling has rules - politics has no rules. This aptly apply in my country where the politicians has turned the nation into a chess, the devil as coach.

In one way or the other we are affected by the activities of our leaders. By their actions and inactions - our reactions and actions the society is shaped. The poems in this book are laced with emotions and realities of life in my country. Will Rogers once said: I don't make jokes. I just watch the government and report the facts. In my own words I would say I don't write poems, I just watch the government and 'right' the facts.

The poems in this book are inspired by real political events that span decades.
