Ralph and Sammy continue their exploits as Perfect Warrior agents directly under the President. They are sent to Columbia where they encounter the most dreaded of the drug lords, there mission is to destroy the ability of the cartel to operate. They discover there is a working relationship between the drug cartel and the FARC guerillas who want to overthrow the Columbian government and a separate but dangerous cartel operating out of Mexico City. The unit is expanded and has exciting episodes with harm coming to two of the members. It is now understood it is a dangerous and difficult to be a drug dealer with the unit operating freely. Ralph wants all dealers to become 'Afraid' to be a drug dealer. The unit ultimately does serious damage to the cartels. Intelligence informs General Clayburn that a large meeting of terrorist commanders will be held in a remote area of Pakistan. Ralph and Sammy are sent in to attempt to attach GPS devices on the group, the plan is to have them then lead the US military to the hidden camps of these leaders. Ralph thwarts a beheading and as a result, becomes hunted by the terrorist groups.
