The Peaks and The Valleys is the sequel to Tortured Souls Turn to Gold. The main difference? The Peaks and The Valleys explores more of my emotions, the light and dark aspects. I get even more personal. Healing isn't linear and that's the point I wanted to get across in this book! You'll have high highs and low lows.
Tortured Souls Turn to Gold was about my depression and how I had to pull myself out of it, while this book goes more into the actual process of healing. This book goes more into my self-discovery journey and how the journey never ends. As people, we forget that the point of life is to live it, and this book is me coming to terms with that.
