Using examples from my own childhood and parenting journey, The Parent Trap aims to help you explore some of the parenting philosophies you grew up under, understand their potential impact on you as both a child and adult, and determine if it's the best way to parent your own children. Just because something has always been done a certain way doesn't mean it's the best way for you or your children. Taking an honest look at how our parenting style impacts our children can be hard, but it can also lead you down a path that promotes healthy and fruitful family dynamics for generations to come.
