Yet, despite their apparent happiness, their lives are unfulfilled, and they yearn for a new adventure.
One day, as Tommy works at the surf shop on the pier, he spots the very drug lord the FBI is after, shopping with minimal security. Seized by desperation and a touch of stupidity, Tommy hatches a plan to kidnap the drug lord and claim the reward. But as soon as they execute their plan, things go horribly wrong. The friends find themselves hunted by the cartel, their lives hanging by a thread.
