Cold, miserable, and torrential rain had been falling intermittently for months, as if dictated by God. To so many, it seemed as if the rain was never going to end. He had already lost his house, the crops in his fields, even his livestock as he watched it all wash away one day, right before he himself was rescued. No one could figure out why God was punishing everyone.
But God had nothing to do with it.
An American company, HT Wetco, will quietly reap the rewards from its life-changing business. Cloud Seeding.
Bob Thurston, CEO of HT Wetco, now knows that countries can be terrorized from the sky and that a change in the global jet streams can cause havoc worldwide. Populations will be brought to their knees, as snow or rain will ruin the land and subsequently deplete all food supplies. This will create a world that is heavily dependent on American goods.
Bob draws a diverse cast of characters into his net of intrigue, including Gunter, a former KGB assassin who begins to suspect that all isn't as it seems; Pete Winslow, a former Green Beret whose misguided loyalty to Bob comes with death to those unsuspecting of treachery; Juan San Louis, searching for answers, along with FBI agent Clara Beach, both determined to expose Bob at any cost.
Rooted in real techniques for influencing the weather, Operation Seeding deftly explores how greed and corruption can exploit and destroy an otherwise benign force of Nature. This compelling page-turner will change the way you think about what happens behind the scenes of global politics, from President Regan's Star Wars initiative, massive hurricanes, global warming, and the politics of using the weather to control the world.
Operation Seeding is book one, which has evolved over decades and reveals a story of government and corporations merging for control. In a three-book series, characters of integrity battle those of treason. Global Chaos is book two, and May Day Cometh is book three. Follow the death, destruction, and intrigue of a cast of characters brought to life in real-life circumstances.
