On the Beach at Turtlebay 2 is the prequel and the sequel to On the Beach at Turtlebay. TBII starts at the end of Turtlebay, Nick James is missing and all of Mr. James' criminal activity is under scrutiny. One of Mr. James' associates Mitch Frattle decides to go to the FBI. So we flash back through Mitch's debriefing with the FBI. We follow Mr. James' steady descent from Union official to corrupt Union boss to vicious criminal. Catching up to the events covered in Turtlebay, we view the events from a different direction. Passing the end of Turtlebay. And we see the beginnings of Turtlebay 3.
