This book came to life because I recently started making music on a multimedia platform and decided to use my voice and position to speak out loudly against Marginalization, Oppression, Discrimination and Violence. The process of making music and the experience sparked something inside me that is difficult to explain but easier to express in sound and/or on paper. My previous book Not I But We: Mental Health and Society through an Ethereal Lens set the springboard for this most recent work to be of true value. Even a skim through the free pages of my last book online would give you an idea of how steadfast I am on the Activist path to bring about awakening in all those who come across any of my work. I have recently been privy enough to gather research information about homeless shelters all across Toronto by living in some of them for weeks at a time and visiting others multiple times while providing support and advice for those with severe mental illness. This first hand experience has prompted this Opportunity Of Purposed Society project and it is my way of expressing the true feelings of many suffering on the streets from Marginalization, Oppression, Discrimination and Extermination (Violence) in society.
