I read Kindle books on the subway on my way to and from my office, and I got so caught up that I missed my subway stop twice. A totally engaging plot, full of twists and surprises. Interesting, well-developed characters. The relationship between the two lead characters really makes you want to root for them.

If you liked the X Files, you will love this story. Very well written and edited, it keeps a fast pace and at the end of your seat. The very end was both touching and intriguing.

Loving this series! Can't wait for book three. These characters are some of the most real and solid I've read in years.

These two detectives are great together. Love a good psychological mystery. Keep them coming.

There was a real balance of darkness and realm of fantasy with lightness and sometimes humor. JT Bishop brought the characters to life as she penned this amazing story and created her characters. The writing was fast-paced. This book is a real page-turner. You won't want to put it down, so clear your schedule, get comfortable and settle in for a treat.
