She remained silent for five minutes until they stood in front of a large gorilla cage. She stood behind him and then she put her hands on his shoulders and said:
- look at this big gorilla. It is so huge and powerful, but she lost her freedom when she let them catch her and put her here. People do the same thing to each other in different ways. They try to humiliate each other. They enjoy underestimating each other. They will do whatever it takes to keep themselves out of the cage while they like to put other people in it. However, the saddest thing is that sometimes we may put ourselves in the cage that we created upon our fears and weaknesses. My dear, I do not really know what you are talking about, but I believe that you will not let anyone put you in a cage. You suffered a lot and you overcame many obstacles, and I totally believe you can do the same for this one too.

Ethan could not talk. He kept looking at the gorilla without saying a word. He felt that everything was under control, but he let it go when he started being angry and sad. He felt that the only thing that can make him regain control over his life again is to be calm and not hurry in taking decisions or reacting to something without thinking of it. He realized that he should not follow the ideas that jump from wherever they come from to his mind before he knew his motives and goals. He was certain that he has to regain control over his mind instead of letting his mind control him
