Ninkha: Serpent Priestess
The Annunaki on Nibiru enjoy an advanced civilisation, ruled by the Priesthood and High Families. They do, however, lack precious metals, stones and minerals, which they desire. Their solution: establish a colony on a distant planet teeming with wildlife and vegetation. When the Annunaki discover they are ill-equipped to labour under the harsh conditions found on the planet, they decide to create a workforce of hybrids formed from their DNA and a local species.
The Serpent Priestess Ninkha and her husband Enki are charged with this task, battling not only the challenges faced adjusting to a primitive planet, but Enki's brother Enlil as well. War is looming between the two brothers, each with his own army. On Enlil's side are the Seraphim-winged warriors. Enki has his Lulu Amel, the humans created to serve the Annunaki. Eris, their sister, has her own designs and ambitions, the thought of displeasure from their compatriots on Nibiru never far from her mind.
At stake is the future of the Ninkha and her Serpent Priestesses who provide the Annunaki with a potion derived from their blood and serpent venom. Those who partake enjoy a higher state of consciousness, longevity, and increased vigour. If Enlil, whose disdain of them is well-known, wins, what will happen to them?
To protect themselves and their descendants they form the Dragon Court, but is it enough?
Priestesses or Witches, Gods or Demons,
Aliens or Ancestors, Oppressors or Creators?
Perhaps all of the above.....
Inspired by Biblical accounts, Sumerian mythology, the Mahabharata and the tales of the Serpent Priestesses that are found in countries throughout the world.
