At the start of a school year, a new student has entered the school, which has fascinated the Serial Club. This person is dark and mysterious, and they seem like the perfect fit for the club. But as they get to know their new friend, they find he is connected to a mystery and conspiracy that goes back hundreds of years, in which secret societies collude against mankind to program serial killers to engage in terrorism and ritual occult activities.
The kids must stop this secret organization from terrorizing the US public once and for all, before they commit their latest atrocity. In fact, the cult had big plans for their new friend, and it's up to the Serial Club to help liberate him.
