Reggie the CEO of a financially struggling software company in New Smyrna Beach, FL makes a regretful decision to contract with a business in Hong Kong run by the Chinese mob. Desperate times make for strange bedfellows. He agrees to perform currency translation and money laundering in a scheme that seems to be fail-safe under the guise of legitimate software development. Reggie's business plans and extramarital affairs begins to unravel. Deaths staged to appear as accidents and a disappearance are being investigated by the local sheriff, the FBI and a hired PI. Madison, Reggie's lovely and capable wife becomes the focal point of interest for the authorities, as well as the Chinese mob. An extortion attempt by a crematory operator adds to her woes. Adultery, extortion, international travel, murders, mob money, investigations and cremation leads to an unexpected pairing of individuals.
