What if moving on wasn't about forgetting someone else... but finally remembering yourself?
Move On is not just a book about heartbreak-it's about coming home.
It's for the woman who stayed too long.
The one who gave too much.
The one who disappeared piece by piece in the name of love, and is just now finding her way back.
In this deeply poetic and emotionally rich collection, Sundus Mirza walks you through the quiet collapse of a relationship, and the even quieter-yet braver-journey of self-return. With each chapter, you'll feel seen, held, and reminded that healing doesn't have to be loud to be real.
This is a book about the small moments:
The texts that never came.
The way silence stretched.
The nights you lay beside someone and still felt alone.
The version of you that tried harder every time you were asked for less.
It's about the unraveling.
And then-finally-the rebuilding.
Through lyrical reflections, powerful metaphors, and gentle truths, Move On explores:
- The emotional erosion we mistake for love
- The loneliness that can live inside togetherness
- The ache of being almost seen
- The myth of The One
- The moment you realize losing them wasn't the heartbreak-losing yourself was
- And the sacred, slow return to your own voice, your own joy, your own peace
Each chapter is a mirror for anyone who's ever loved deeply and lost themselves quietly. From the raw truth of emotional abandonment to the fierce reclamation of identity, this book doesn't rush you through healing-it meets you exactly where you are.
Praise from Early Readers:
It felt like she had written my story.
Every sentence landed in my chest.
I didn't know how much I needed this until I couldn't stop reading.
Whether you're freshly broken, quietly healing, or finally learning to trust your voice again, this book is for you.
For the woman who's still holding her breath...
For the one who still wonders if she asked for too much...
For the heart that's tired of shrinking to be loved:
This isn't a how-to.
This is a permission slip.
To choose yourself.
To come home.
To move on-not just from them, but into the most beautiful version of you.
