- The Climb - letter-writing exercises, a memory page for photographs and keepsakes, building your support circle, and caring for yourself along the way
- Coming Down - recognizing healing, defining your new normal, writing a letter to your future self, and finishing with a poem of your own
There are no right answers here. There is no timeline to follow. This is simply a place for your grief to breathe, and for you to begin, gently and at your own pace, to find your way through. The workbook contains guided exercises and reflection prompts and space for journaling and personal expression.
You can use this workbook on its own or alongside A Mountain Called Grief: Finding Your Way Through Loss and Back to Life. Either way, it will meet you exactly where you are.
