Mildred Susanne Parker likes her life just so. She has her cozy little
house on its quiet little street in a small town in the Midwest. She is not

(Millie's Adventures in Time) and the acquisition of a talking duck and
the family he produced when a dog is delivered to her by one of her

a dog. But it does not take her long to become attached to Franklin. They
had settled into a comfortable, if mildly contentious, life together when
one day, Franklin is rudely snatched away from her.
Millie is certain, based on the attire and behavior of the person doing the
snatching, that Franklin has been taken to the future that Mille has
visited a number of times. But it is not by anyone she has previously met.
Millie is determined to get Franklin back. To do this, she enlists the aid
of her stalwart friend and confidante, Mavis. Together, they enlist the aid
of a new friend.
They plot. They scheme. The will not be thwarted.
They have many problems to solve, hurdles to surpass, and enemies to
outwit. But as anyone who knows Mildred Susanne Parker knows, once she sets
her mind to something, it is as good as done.
Millie's Further Adventures in Time is filled with wry humor and wit on a
par with Millie's Adventures in Time. It is a romping good read that will
have you wondering what could possibly happen next.
