The masquerade called polygamy strives to ex-rays the danger of a polygamous home and its effects to the entire society at large. The play is centre on Nelson who has two wives with each wife having a son called Peter and Dan. Misunderstanding engulfs the family when Nelson died over their father's property. In other to punish Peter, Dan, the step brother went too far to eliminate Peter's entire family using voodoo. Peter in the other hands tries to avenge the death of his family but was stopped by the spirit of his late father and decided to punish Dan in other for him (Dan) to learn his lesson and change from his evil ways.
