A Man Of Leisure: A Play In Three Acts is a play written by David Lowe and published in 1903. The play revolves around the character of Henry, a wealthy young man who lives a life of leisure and indulgence. Henry's carefree existence is disrupted when his father dies and he is forced to take on the responsibilities of running the family business. As Henry struggles to adapt to his new role, he is forced to confront the harsh realities of life and learn the value of hard work and responsibility. The play is a commentary on the societal expectations placed on the wealthy and the challenges they face in reconciling their privileged lifestyles with the demands of the real world. Through its portrayal of Henry's journey, the play offers a thought-provoking exploration of the themes of wealth, class, and personal growth.
