I'm Michael Fink, and this is a story I wrote from the heart - a Christmas tale about kindness, wonder, and the kind of magic that never fades.
The Magic Christmas Cookie began with a question I asked myself one quiet winter evening:
What if one small cookie baked by Santa himself could change an entire town - not through power, but through kindness?
That question became this book-a warm, imaginative story about a young child named Luna who finds a glowing cookie in her stocking on Christmas morning. It's still warm, still shining, and it carries a tiny handwritten note:
One wish from Santa's oven - make it kind, and magic will happen.
Luna's wish isn't for herself. Instead, she wishes for joy to return to her lonely neighbor down the street. That single act of generosity sets off a magical chain of events - snowflakes shimmer into shapes of joy, forgotten toys come alive, and an entire town begins to smile again.
Every page glows with Christmas warmth, beautifully illustrated to capture the lights, laughter, and sparkle of the season. But beyond the magic and wonder, there's a message I wanted to give to children and parents alike:
That real magic isn't in what we receive - it's in the love we share.
This is a story to read aloud by firelight, to hold close during the holidays, and to remember long after the decorations come down.
