A lighthearted romp through assorted galaxies and dimensions, wherein our valiant heroes and heroine struggle to avoid being eaten, enslaved, and otherwise unjustly mistreated. The story begins on a stormy day in June of 1939, when a beer truck driver encounters an overturned carnival side show bus. Within minutes, the truck driver and the side show fortune teller are shanghaied by a mysterious phenomenon that seems to have a grudge against them, taking them for quite a ride.
