Lizzie's conclusion is that all of life is wonderful when one has friends to share it. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Connie Rae is Connie Rae White of Wichita, Kansas. Connie is retired after fifty years working in medicine, the last eighteen years as a Physician Assistant in rural Kansas and Oklahoma. Connie has always enjoyed writing, but this is her first experience with publishing. This book began as a 500-word short story which won first place in a monthly photo contest in the Kansas Authors Club, District 5, (see photo below).
