This book deals with aspects of language skills (reading and writing) in primary and secondary school pupils in Mozambique. It addresses various problems and difficulties presented by some students in the Teaching and Learning Process (PEA). It presents various concepts linked to language skills, in particular oral and written production in Portuguese language teaching. In view of the current teaching situation, the possibilities for the active participation of teachers, parents and carers, pupils and secondary school management in resolving these difficulties are presented.
