A Mountain Pass Story
A short tale of horror comedy told by Sue
Not far off the interstate, there's a stretch of asphalt called Mountain Pass Road. If you follow it, it'll take you through some of the most scenic country that you've ever seen, and there are a bunch of small towns dotted along the way where you can stop and grab a bite to eat or just sit and chat with some really good people, but there are other things in those places too.
Just outside the town of Silverville, not far from Mountain Pass Road, there's a place called Lucille's Diner where, rumor has it, the owners aren't quite what they seem, and the old town itself has a reputation for being more than just a sleepy ghost town. It's positively undead.
