Each of us pours out our life to Father God or Satan, as there is no in-between.
You either give yourself to Jesus Christ and follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit, or you give your soul to Satan for him to destroy.

The Life of Jesus is explored because of what He accomplished for each of us is compared to pouring out His life.
Paul's life was poured out as a drink offering for those he ministered to. He wrote:
Yes, and I am being poured out as a drink offering
on the sacrifice and service of your faith,
I am glad and rejoice with you all. Philippians 2:7
