The Life of Fish is a story about losing yourself, and then finding yourself once again. Dwight is nearing forty years old and until now his life has been comfortably boring. He has a wife, a job, and goes fishing whenever he can find the time. He dreams of one day becoming a published horror author, despite how far out of reach that goal may seem.
But things aren't as comfortable as they appear, and he suddenly finds the foundations of his simple life had been crumbling for years, leaving him unsure of how to salvage what is left, or if saving any of it is even worth the effort.
