Most of the 28 poems in this collection are written from Leonard Cohen's point of view as he guides us through life. I'm not weary of deception
for it always will fall through.
In my journey of conviction
I'm realistic and I'm blue.

the occasional act of kindness shows

for it helped me lose with grace.
